The Hollister Travel Certificate comes in a variety of languages to assist you in explaining your ostomy pouch and supplies and the importance of these, helping to avoid embarassing questions at customs and while travelling.

The certificate requires your personal information such as name, address and passport number and must be signed by your Stomal Therapy Nurse or doctor to validate it.
